  Connie and her team are great at helping me navigate all things with Medicare. I have worked with her for the last 2 1/2 years.   Connie has been my insurance agent for many years, she has always looked out for me, even with I got very ill she made sure I had the right plan for my treatment.   Connie has been great in resolving multiple problems that I've had with Medicare; Medicare initially denied my application and Connie got that straightened out for me. They assigned me to the primary care doctor that was 25 miles away. Medicare also claimed that I didn't have prescription coverage for the past seven or so years and that is also being resolved by Connie. She is extremely knowledgeable, effective, efficient, caring and responsive. For anyone who is dealing with Medicare, I recommend her enthusiastically.  

  I can't say enough good things about my experience working with the Embrace Health Insurance Agency. Last November, I called Connie, after I had arrived late to an event they had advertised and found I was the only one there. She responded to me right away and assured me if I could wait a little longer, she would get ahold of someone to come meet with me. She kept me informed of their arrival time and followed up to make sure the meeting took place. Robert and Sydni were friendly and easy to work with. They had a very informative presentation showing the differences with health care companies I could choose from and were able to answer all my questions. They got me approved that day.
