As I get to know each and every one of you….. here is a little about me….
After a decade of working in the capacity of patient care as a pharmacy technician and hearing of the challenges of patients as well as my late husband with his Medicare issues.
I decided to become an advocate to help seniors resolve the many obstacles they were facing in getting the most out of the health care coverage.
Due to my desire, I excelled quickly and obtained licensing not only in California, but in many neighboring states to help as many as people as possible.
I am proud to say I was a Medicare Insurance Specialist with IVHP, Inter-Valley Health Plan, before they sadly closed in late 2022, which allowed me to still assist members as they scrambled to find new Medicare coverages.
My team and I have combined experience of over 20 years helping our clients with medication coverage, preauthorization and plan reviews.

Robert Harr
Since becoming involved with Medicare insurance in 2020, I have found joy in helping people understand and take full advantage of their Medicare benefits. Recognizing that everyone has different needs, I focus on you as an individual and what is important to you. I take pride in listening and understanding your concerns so we can work together to find the best plan for you. Medicare can be overwhelming and concerning to many, but I welcome all your questions and concerns. There is nothing we will not dissect together to find the best possible fit for you. In my spare time, I am dedicated to continuing my education to become a Physical Therapist and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am fortunate to work at the family business alongside my fiancé, Sydni.

Hello, my name is Sydni Zaugg, and I am a Licensed Medicare Specialist located in Southern California. As an insurance agent, I enjoy connecting with new people and helping them navigate tricky policies while providing them with a personal connection. I strive to provide all of my clients with peace of mind. It is my goal to help them understand what insurance policies make sense for their needs so that I can provide them with the proper coverage. I have lived in Southern California for six years, where I met my fiancé and business partner, Robert. In my free time, I enjoy going to Disneyland and walking my two dogs, Lucky and Rylie.
